What time is check in available?

Check in is available from 3 pm on the day of arrival. In any case, our team will contact you the day before to confirm your expected arrival time and to provide directions and any assistance you may need.

What time is check out?

Check out is scheduled by 10 am.

Do you offer luggage storage?

If you are arriving in the morning and your room is not yet available, you are welcome to leave your luggage at the property. Our team will ensure it is placed in your room as soon as it is ready. Luggage storage is also available after check out, with collection by 6 pm on the same day.

Do you have parking available?

The property offers complimentary private parking for all staying guests.
To access the parking area, simply enter through the main gate and turn immediately right after the entrance.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept the main credit cards, with the exception of American Express, as well as cash and bank transfer.

Do you accept pets?

Pets are welcome at our property, subject to reading and acceptance of the internal regulations, designed to ensure safety and comfort for all guests. An additional fee applies to cover the extra cleaning and sanitization of the room at check out.
