Elegantly furnished rooms featuring terracotta floors, satellite TV, and a fully equipped bathroom. The eight Deluxe Double Rooms are arranged as follows:

Celeste: a room overlooking the inner courtyard of the Borgo, painted in soft blue tones inspired by the clear Tuscan sky visible from its windows.

Oliva: a room with a view over the valley, looking toward the towers of San Gimignano.

Olivella: a room next to Oliva, offering the same beautiful view of the towers of San Gimignano.

Cupola: named after the dome of Saint Michael the Archangel in San Donnino, this room is located on the first floor of an ancient hayloft and still preserves its original lattice openings.

Cappella: named after the dome of Saint Michael the Archangel in San Donnino, this room is located on the ground floor of an ancient hayloft. It is surrounded by the garden and features a charming private patio furnished with sofas and armchairs.

Le Scuole: located where the old village school once stood, this spacious ground floor room features direct access to a private patio and a large bathroom.

Montigliane: a room located on the first floor with a view of the Montigliane hill, from which it takes its name.

Barberino: a spacious room on the first floor with a view of the village of Barberino, featuring a canopy bed and a large bathroom.

What time is check in available?

Check in is available from 3 pm on the day of arrival.
In any case, our team will contact you the day before to confirm your expected arrival time and to provide directions and any assistance you may need.

What time is check out?

Check out is scheduled by 10 am.

Do you offer luggage storage?

If you are arriving in the morning and your room is not yet available, you are welcome to leave your luggage at the property. Our team will ensure it is placed in your room as soon as it is ready.
Luggage storage is also available after check out, with collection by 6 pm on the same day.

Do you have parking available?

The property offers complimentary private parking for all staying guests.
To access the parking area, simply enter through the main gate and turn immediately right after the entrance.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept the main credit cards, with the exception of American Express, as well as cash and bank transfer.

Do you accept pets?

Pets are welcome at our property, subject to reading and acceptance of the internal regulations, designed to ensure safety and comfort for all guests.
An additional fee applies to cover the extra cleaning and sanitization of the room at check out.
